We offer 24/7 Supported Accommodation, specialising in complex health needs and intellectual disabilities. We currently have a vacancy. Please call Cheryl on 0427 192 444.
DAY PROGRAMS
You are supported to take part in social, physical and intellectual development opportunities and to participate in your local community for your health and well-being. Our Day Program is situated in Leura and Katoomba. We provide transport so that you are able to participate in activities in the Blue Mountains and Sydney.
HOME SUPPORT
We are committed to providing what you want in your own home and in a way that best works for you.
SUPPORTED INDEPENDENT LIVING
We offer Supported Independent Living and Specialist Disability Accommodation
DAILY LIVING SKILLS
We can support you with every day activities, including personal care, domestic chores, shopping, garden maintenance. This support can be in your own home or in our disability accommodation.
SOCIAL & COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION
We can support you in the community, so you can attend activities with confidence that you will have transport and support when required.
